The website is needed to redesign for visitors to get information about the organization.

The challenge is to discover the pain points of website visitors and redesign the website to improve its user experience.
Goals:
-
Understand visitors' pain points as they open the website on both desktop & mobile and read about the programs.
-
Learn how various age groups responded to the tasks while exploring the website.
-
Evaluate how effective the digital tool is in informing about the organization's activities and assisting visitors to donate.
-
Figure out the solution designs to improve the user experience.
